  1. Synths may use different numbering schemes for the patches in their
  2. banks.  Use this cycle gadget to assign a numbering scheme to the
  3. patches in this bank.  The choice is purely cosmetic, so when in
  4. doubt just use the default of `1,2,3...'!
  5.  
  6.      1,2,3...:   Start with 1, and increment by 1.
  7.      0,1,2...:   Start with 0, and increment by 1.
  8.      1-1 ->1-8:  1-1 thru 1-8, 2-1 thru 2-8, etc.
  9.      A-1 ->A-8:  A-1 thru A-8, B-1 thru B-8, etc.
  10.      A00 ->A99:  A00 thru A99, B00 thru B99, etc.
  11.      A11 ->A18:  A11 thru A18, B11 thru B18, etc.
  12.      A01 ->A16:  A01 thru A16, B01 thru B16, etc.
